Every puppy we place in a new home comes with a comprehensive health guarantee to give you peace of mind and confidence in your new furry companion.

1. Vet Health Check & Initial Care

Before leaving for their forever home, each of our puppies undergoes:

✔ A thorough health examination by a licensed veterinarian
✔ Age-appropriate vaccinations
✔ Deworming treatments
✔ Preventative care for common puppy illnesses

You will receive a health certificate from our veterinarian confirming that your puppy is in good health at the time of adoption.

2. 72-Hour Initial Health Guarantee

We offer a 72-hour initial health guarantee to ensure your puppy arrives in good health. You are required to take your new puppy to a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of receiving them. If your vet identifies any serious health concerns (excluding common, treatable issues such as worms, fleas, or stress-related conditions), you must notify us immediately.

If a life-threatening illness is diagnosed within this period, you may return the puppy for a full refund or exchange for another available puppy of equal value. The puppy must be returned with a written report from the veterinarian.

3. One-Year Genetic Health Guarantee

We guarantee that your puppy is free from life-threatening genetic or congenital disorders for up to one (1) year from the date of birth. If a licensed veterinarian diagnoses a genetic health condition that severely affects your puppy’s quality of life, we will offer:

✔ A replacement puppy of equal value OR
✔ A partial refund based on the veterinarian’s report

This guarantee does not cover conditions that are common in the French Bulldog breed, such as minor respiratory issues, skin allergies, or stenotic nares, unless deemed life-threatening by a veterinarian.

4. Exclusions & Owner Responsibilities

Our health guarantee does not cover:

❌ Illnesses caused by neglect, injury, or improper care
❌ Common puppy conditions like worms, ear infections, or parasites (which are treatable)
❌ Allergies, sensitivities, or minor breed-related conditions
❌ Reimbursement for veterinary expenses (except in cases approved for a refund or replacement)

As a new owner, you are responsible for providing proper nutrition, regular veterinary check-ups, vaccinations, and a safe environment for your Frenchie. Neglect, malnutrition, or failure to follow veterinary advice will void this guarantee.
